1)If you mean make a monk/thief dual-/multi- class, then no, because it's not a valid BG class combination. If you mean giving a character innate abilities like quivering palm and trap-setting, then yes, SK will let you do it but this doesn't mean it will work properly in the game, and may even cause your game to crash.
2)Download the Infinity Engine Editor Pro from [url="http://www.teambg.com/"]TeamBG's site[/url] to customise your items, and more.
3)Just start a game in multiplayer mode. Follow the instructions in the manual and readme files for adding portraits and sounds.

Corwin of Amber would win every time! Lives longer than elves do so in terms of time spent with weapons he would be the same as Drizzt. Corwin taught by the greatest weapons master in all rhelms Benedict of Amber. Corwin lived through the Black Plague as well as several assasinations and even regrew his own eyeballs. I would like to see either Buffy or Drizzt do that. Besides occording to the rules of Amber Drizzt and Buffy are only shadows of the true world.

Corwin can go off into some shadow where time passes much more quickly, practice killing shadows of Buffy for years, find out what's the easy way to do it, then go back to Earth and only seconds would have passed...
