Good idea, can't be spamming up Mag's magic thread :D
Mag wouldnt be happy with us...

It was a tiotall accident. went to pick up his kid, and saw that final period was till on. He asked me to help him demonstarte, and said that he could protect himself, and told me not to hold back.

Im a martial artist. I used a trick that cause so much pain he just crawled around for a while... at which point I said oops, and chirs started laughing.

All of mags thread are magic, then slowly they turn into another recipe thread and die. :D

I cant believe you didnt get the bush thing right off the bat while you were typing it. Your SO tire you out or something?

LMAO! More like they slowly turn into a drunk fest and then everyone passes out..... I'm not sure that's a bad thing either..... :p

It's the agility required of Judo that appeals to me :D

*shudders* I can actually drink quite a lot without showing the effects. I'm relatively small/average (5.4 1/2), and my partner is a full foot taller than me. Yet, I can usually keep up with him pint for pint. :D This ability has, in the past, led to some entertaining occasions. :D

But... I'm supposed to be responsible and all of that now, so naturally my liver doesn't get nearly the same workout. Plus, I think you start to outgrow it at some point in your 30s... :o

EDIT

lol! most graceful of him ;)

1. Does this have to do with your fast fingers comment earlier? (yes, I did read back. ) :D

2. Famous in that I can drink myself to, what, the legal limit, and my blood alcohol is thesame as others, even though I may have drunk many times their amount. :o  :p

3. Little ears DW, lets Jade them. Do tell. :p Ill tell you one of mine... unless youve been reading Magrus' college, then I'll have to take about 5 seconds to remember another one... ;)

4. Happy Im in my mid twenties still...my liver is still getting a good workout. Not as much as I'd like, but hey, the jobs pay is good.

5. Somehow, responsible doesnt come to mind... :D
lol! most graceful of him

Hes 16. I can see him trying. :p then, hell learn about my drinking habits and well have another magrus on here. Somehow, I dont think he could hold his liquor. :p

Those two comments are entirely unrelated :D

lol! I think a high tolerance can have it's advantages in all kinds of situations :D

You wanted a story? :D But I'll hold you to your promise of doing the same.

Well.... when I hung out in the uni pub, fairly often I'd get bought drinks.... One evening, there was a guy who was not very good at taking a hint, and I *did* honestly tell him to (a) stop buying me beer, and (b) that I wasn't interested... Didn't work though... So he kept drinking, kept trying to buy me drinks, and figured I'd be likely to cave because he was figuring from my appearance that I couldn't hold my alcohol...
A few hours later.... He was hammered, and I was still fairly sober. I ended up taking him to his home, and putting him into bed... and then leaving. I don't think that was quite what he'd had in mind :p
I only helped him home because I was worried he might pass out somewhere, and this was London, Ontario in February (no doubt you know what that is like).

lol! Enjoy giving your liver a workout while it lasts. :p

I grew up in London. The febuaries are the worst, that slush everywhere, the wet cold, how the chill goes to your bones.... makes me wish I lived there. :D I take it you graduated from UWO? So did I. :D Born, breed and raised Londonian. :D What do you remember of it?

I was going to give you a story about something else, but since you gave me a pub story, Ill give you one.

I was in a small town in Newfoundland with a friend of mine, and he wanted to show me a bar. So we hopped out and we went in, and low and behold, there was a drinking contest about to start. Whoever was the last standing wins sort of thing.

Well, my friened passed out at about, I dont know, his 6th mug(its all a haze..). I was closing on a dozen and there were two left, me, and some Irish lady. Reconized her from my Uni days.

We fell uncouncious within seconds of each other, and low and behold, I hit the table second.

Would you believe thats how I met my 2nd girlfriend? :p :D Dated for a year before she went to translate in Chile. Still visit each other regualrily. Just fly out from Helena and boom, your there.

Id give you a really good story, since I have many, but the mods do draw a limit at some point... :p

You and wine sipping dont fit...

Now if you had the bottle in your hand and swigging, now there you go...

Yeah.... nasty and cold. Though I'd much rather have snow in the winter than all of this damn rain on the coast
I did my first two years at UWO, then because of health problems I had to come back out to the coast, so I transferred to UVIC. I remember a lot of London, though I haven't been back. I'll likely be heading out sometime, however, because my partner's family are all there. I've long managed to avoid time with the 'outlaws' but I suspect my day of reckoning could be near at hand  I hear that London has changed a lot. It used to have a great market (Covent Gardens?), but I gather it has went pretty commercial :(

lmao! That's great :D Nothing like a bit of sparring or a drinking contest to inspire romance!

That's what PMs are for :D

Ill PM you tommorrow night, dont have the energy now... :p Besides, the wheat field encounter requires thinking... and many, many others.

wow, if you havent seen London since then...wow. A lot of places are gone. A lot of new ones came in... never worked in the labs in London though... but the Uni is still the same, just more cameras. Dont trust the girls since they found the rope leading up to the rooms... :D Missed Sunfest, and the Western Fair, which is too bad... oh well. the stampede doesnt really make up for it either. not really worth it.

Was there a couple of weeks ago myself... most of my family is there... where dies your outlaws live? If you say Byron ill laugh. Lots of changes... the old public school I went to had an arson. Stuff like that. Oakridge mall is gone... dont really remember the place you were talking about... more will come to me.

the drinking contest was not romantic, it was more like seeing the bright, clear line... :p then noticing thats the light glaring off the floor before you hit it. :D

Edit- ooh, Covent Gardens... youll have to see yourself.. :) Dont really know which market your talking about, but if its the same one I am... I doubt it though. :p

Understandable. It's around 11:15 for me, and you are an hour ahead, I think. Much too late to be attempting anything moderately articulate. I used to find that this was early, and not go to bed until the early morning hours. Sleeping patterns change I guess.

LMAO! I'm not sure that the girls (or boys) at UWO could *ever* be trusted... especially not those living in Saugeen... :p

The outlaws? I'm not quite sure where they are living, because they moved recently. But I do know it is within the city proper.

Oakridge Mall is gone? Hmm... there is a god afterall ! :D

Well... maybe not romantic, but you have to admit, it's more interesting than telling people you met in a coffee shop :p

Define general...does this include the thousands?

Theres a reason Saugeen is well known. When Rav pesters us, your answering... my experiences in Saugeen were far from ordinary.

*sigh* It *really* has been a long time since I was there...

Byrons been around since the sixties...another tip for your age.

There's a difference? (j/k )

Well, they are both wrathful. And all powerful.

Because the truth is usually far more lurid

Something else for the PMs? :p

It's probably because he was spotted, and he's likely gunshy

Poor Xandax. Were gonna have to sit him down and have a talk with him...

Sorry, beautious one, gotta leave, have to be at the lab at 7 tommorrow... been nice talking with ya again. We should have dont this a long time ago. :p A saugeen girl. Who wouldve... actually, no, I shouldve. :p

Too all you people who spam during the day, this is what high quality spam looks like. (Rav :D , since all the others probably read last night with great interest. :p )

Best of luck with the outlaws and life there DW. :D

good bye.

I can't say my experiences with Saugeen were in the realm of "ordinary," either :p

Indeed...even more powerful after the consumption of an especially hot curry

Er... actually... the way I got together with my SO was disgustingly "romantic" :o Seeing as we are both total cynics, we tend to find it pretty funny :D
