Its not good when the dog wants to play catch with what she thinks is a bone. We have to restock the toy closet every once in a while...
Ha, I once dated a girl who was too shy to go buy a toy, sooo, she took a saw to her mother's broom. Oh, the horror of splinters and the explination to the doctor I was forced to give. And no, I'm not joking, as hard as this is to believe someone was that stupid. *sighs* Stupid girls are not fun.
Well, saddle her up, pilgrim; thantor3's gonna ride her like a horse.
*snickers* This would have worked so well if I hadn't lost touch with Athena when she moved. On my friend, I dunno, as shy as she is, she tends to like being in control of things.

You know you are over somebody when....
...
11. You start enjoying all of that extra space in your bed.
17. Chopping wood ceases to be your favourite past time.
19. You can listen to music you associate with that person and smile.
20. You stop feeding your dog raw steak wrapped in your former lover's old sock.
21. You have quit trying to sneak into their yard in an attempt to feed their dog chocolate-flavoured Exlax.
# 11 --- awww... i'm almost there!
#17 --- thinking about starting up a new hobby...
#20 --- now that's funny!
#21 --- I SWEAR my ex did that just last week! She's still furious that she (out of guilt i bet) let me keep the dog.

I never realised you had such an affinity for equestrian sports
Nothing like the smell of a well-oiled riding crop in the morning, wouldn't you agree? In fact, didn't you have something to that effect in your signature, or was that something about the thrill of taking the bit in your teeth and the lash upon your loins?
Then again, that could have been hill's signature...

So you assume...
Edit: When you stop hiding out in their closet is when you know you are over them.
BS did that with me

Another one: You know you're over someone when you stop having fantasies of them coming back and saying they love you and made a mistake breaking up with you. I hope to get out of that one soon now.

When you can realize a co-worker reminds you of an ex you had a bad breakup with, and you don't end up terribly upset with this person because of an association. That, or place your feelings for your ex on the person. Even if she's really, really cute and a flirt.
