Games Crashes for killin both ming and lacroux

my game crashes to desktop for this i have tried ming only or lacroux only reinstalled three times no such luck my system bets the min req 3 gig vm and 1 gig mem ati radeon pro 256. but all comos crash may be cut scene related but i have not found the info to bypass it
