IIRC stoats have ermine coats in winter. Find albino ferrets. Train those.
And make sure you're long gone, by the time they're supposed to have summer brown fur coats.
Think of all the French politicians that'd line up for such a photo opportunity with the local emblem...

You have to have the obligatory shot of a politician holding an animal, or even better a picture with ferrets in formation taken at an angle on top of a giant flag- so there are actual animals in place of the pictured ones. Think how great that would be
