Just to cover all of the bases here.... you have found both missing horns, right? :D

If you have both, it sounds as though you might have a bug of some kind. For starters, make sure you have (1) The official, latest, patch installed.
(2) The Baldurdash fix pack

The official patch is at the Bioware site, under "downloads" I think.

The Baldurdash patch is easily enough found, just punch it into Google and it will come up.

Maybe you could do a search for the thread?

Why don't you tell us what you've tried? Have you restored from an earlier save? Many bugfixes aren't retroactive, so if you patched after encountering you problem, so may have to reload to a previous section, i.e. before you even entered the area...

Beyond that, you could try clua-ing to the next section, but this will involve some trial & error, because the spellhold areas aren't well labeled (at least in our FAQ).

Read the stickys for the clua console info if you don't know it.

Try copying all the files from the CD manually... Sometimes that works, even when the installer fails. There's a way to "trick" the program into thinking you did a full install.

Of course, if manually copying doesn't work, I'd agree that you out of luck...
