1. No
2. You will get to choose between evil and good later in the game. And you can always slay town of people.
3. By mastering Physique, health and thoughness. And age and battles adds some size to your character, if you are a melee fighrter

Getting Skill experiance and maxing out Guile, etc... seems to make your character taller.
Atleast for me. I now have LOS problems when I go into some buildings where I didn't have them before I maxed them out.
You can also use the spell Berserk which makes your character look really big and strong for a short period of time.

For me it didn't matter how old I was, girls (and guys) still liked me. I think that has to do more with attractiveness and renown. Next if a quest does get you some good points it will normally be a very small amount (ex. 2 points for killing a bandit, or 40 points for beating the quest) you can sweat these off in a minute by killing everyone in a town. To make your guy big just max out strenght stats or you can use the beserk spell save then load you'll stay big (simply use beserk again to make it wear off). As for the mayor invitation quest, unless you decided to help the guy in prison and reveal lady greys secret you should just be able the good to bowerstone manor, she should be outside in the garden.

Firstly, you can only enter Bowerstone North when: Spoiler
You win at the Arena. Lady Grey will approach you and give you an invitation to talk to her.
Secondly, when you kill everyone, they will reappear after about 3 days. The guards however continue to respawn to fight you.
Finally, you don't use up your silver keys, you still keep them. You open a chest, and you get to keep the keys used. As for demon doors, you can open as many as you want.

In memorian: Fiona; Ravager; Lestat; Phreddie; and all of those from the 1500 incident. Lest we forget.
