Custom Kits

Has Anyone tried these player made kits? I have a few but they are terrible.

My friend made an interesting kit called a Witc hunter. It was kind've cool, cause it was a fighter who had permainant protection from evil, and could summon fiends and such. It had immunity to level drain and such. The thing was, he was restricted to Chaotic alignments, and was not able to work with evil NPCs. (So no Korgan, Edwin, Viconia, and Sarevok). He was also restricted to human. It was under a fighter class. In general it was pretty cool.

Where can you find some of these custom kits? Specifically a thief one.
