Of course, the bonus is that the kids ABSOLUTELY DO NOT talk back to mom. We do keep a close eye on 'em though, considering the fact that I killed my own parents as a child, and helped my wife off most of her family during our escape from Erehli Cinlu...

Of course, there is usually the one child that escapes yur notice... then comes back to haunt you years down the road. You have to be careful and crafty there, just making sure.
I sort of expect that one of my kids will be a "black sheep", and do something disreputable like joining an order of Paladins, or joining a lawful good priesthood... As long as ONE of them is ambitious enough to take over my realm when I retire to my extraplanar immortality, I'll be happy.

Dude, how/why would a drow paladin take over your realm? unless a fallen paladin, but that's just hypocrisy and I'd have to smite him on principle for that one.
Misunderstanding. I was saying IF one of the kids became a Paladin, he would be the family outcast. I was hoping one of my kids would do something honorable, like becoming a M/T Spellfilcher, or Shadowstalker (a homemade kit in our PnP gaming group... essentially an assassin type kit for a M/T)... and eventially take over my realm.
If one of the kids DID become a Paladin, I'd have to kick his sorry butt all the way to the 9 planes.

Hey Ubik-
I'll cut you a deal. You can have the high elves, wood elves, and aquatic elves. I get the Drow, Grey, and Avariel.
Those aqautic elves turn me off anyways... no scaly love for me please.

But frankly, you two selfish punkasses have to realize that the rest of us godsends are much more entitled to the fine women of Fearun. Just so we're clear on this point.
