who is this skeleton in the Astral Burial. Should i Soul trap this guy and other monsters with special names?

Well, that's really up to you. I mean, lots of people make soulgem collections (including myself, thank you very much), but the only other real reason for soultrapping anything is if you're an enchanter. If you are an enchanter, then you might want to steer clear, because the only good souls i've ever found were from daedra, dagoth vampires, and the occasional *cough* tribunal diety *cough*. I guess that if you want him as a keepsake, though, you should go right ahead.

But why was did the skeleton named "Worn Lord". was he like some kind of small boss figure?

The only reasons I could think of as to why he has a special name are because a.) He's part of some quest, or b.) he IS some kind of mini-boss. The usual answer would be A, just because morrowind doesn't have many miniboses (except maybe Dagoth Gares)
