The guy im supposed to whack for Bishop and make it look like an "accident."
The problem is...I can't get into his damn ranch at NCR. That stupid forcefield is blocking me and the guard wont let me in. :confused:

You need to talk to policeman at the crossroads north.He is standing near white building where shopkeeper is.Ask him are there any jobs in NCR and he will tell you that you can go to Westin for some work.Then talk to that policeman on the other side of forcefield where Westin ranch is and tell him you are there about job. But dont kill Westin yet.First do a quest for him.

Or... You could go to the town hall... Talk to the guy that lets you in and tell him tour looking for work. When you get in the center of the building, go to Gunther and steal the "presidental pass". Then go back out to the ranch and show the guard the presidental pass. Then they turn off the force field and let you in :D .
