Do you think that Diablo 2 could be classified as an RPG game?
I have the game and I don't really think it is. The only perspective that is would be the raising of strength, dexterity and so on, when you gain a level. What do you think!

PS: sorry about this spammer of a question but I am interested to know what people out there think is a REAL RPG

Depends on the definition of "RPG". If you say an RPG needs quests, character building and so on, then D2 is one. But then, I guess anybody would agree that D2 is missing the depth for a "real" RPG. D2 is a great game as is BG2, but they aren't really comparable
