Forever young Glitch

Post by Gamer3000 »

To glitch it and get 'forever young', first, DO NOT go to the Temple of Avo and donate money before this. You only get one Age reduction from each Temple, period (Hero Saves not counting...). Now...wait until the Hobbs Cave Quest, and keep Hero Saving and then reloading after you exit the cave, BEFORE you take the kid to his aunt...grandma whatever. When you've done this enough times to earn 20+ Silver Keyes by digging the one out of the Lady's yard at the start of this quest, you can go to the Hero's Guild and get the Murren Greathammer. Good for getting max Exp. from all the Hobbs you'll be killing. You'll need to kill about 4000 of the buggers to get maxed out...this can take several hours to do.

After your character is maxed out in everything, simply continue the game as normal until the Find the Archaeologist Quest. Now, each time you start this quest, make sure you have a ton of money...I had around 500,000 when I started doing this. Go to the Temple of Avo, and donate around 50-60 thousand dollars. You should get around 7 years taken off your age. Hero Save and reload. Go back to the Temple of Avo, donate the same amount of money as before...get another age reduction. Hero Save, reload...continue until you're the age you'd like to be.

Warning in Lost Chapters: Hero Saving many times on a file can sometimes corrupt your save file. You can generally only do it 10 to 20 times before your file starts corrupting and then the file will become unplayable, forcing you to go back to an older file.

so be wise . . .

Yes, this has been mentioned repeatedly. And this goes against the forum rules in that the admin is specifically against thread duplication. Please search before posting this next time :) .
In memorian: Fiona; Ravager; Lestat; Phreddie; and all of those from the 1500 incident. Lest we forget.
