As far as I can tell Mr H Shatar has ben injecting illegal substances into his victims before taking them away for special treatment, I am tempted to birng tih sto the atention of LA and the HBI, I need the case... out of money for christmas shopping.

Well, I have a solution. Stick with me here.

He said the medicine is at his fingertips right? So how about we cut his fingertips off - yes, I know it would be painful, but think of the greater good - and then hide his fingertips, that way he doesn't have the medicine.

I know that feeling. Once I combined Neo Citran with Gravol, it nicely anesthetized me from any pain I was feeling. In fact, I don't think I felt much at all.
Did wonders for the insomnia though.
