There are two ways to get bright plate male the first is to get some cash and when you go to the arena you can buy the full suit at once. If you miss getting bright plate mail in the arena then you are screwed because you have to buy the boots and the leggings from Knothole glade, thats easy but you will have to find a wandering trader that sells the torso armour and the gauntlets. wandering traders are those guys that you see all the time on wild places.. you find lots of them in Greatwood. have luck

Don't get you hopes up about the bright platemale, its like 1 out of every 100 traders carry it.

The torso armour is about 8000, the leggings are around 6000 while the boots and gloves are anywhere in between 200-500 gold, but it also depends on your guile. Prices willvary

Its easy to get if you have TLC just go to Snowspire village and buy it there and also you can sell legendary weapons in snowspire to.

Good way to make money if you have extra legendary weaps. that you dont use.

I have actually been given bright plates & also plate leggings all the time by my wives.

If you don't have three wives or something yet you can always buy it in Snowspire village. Or simply go to Greatwood Lake, and wait a day (game time) until the next sunrise and a wandering trader will come by: He almost always has both the chest and gauntlets.
