verry simple.. Is Maar Gan behind the Ghostfence? i looked at the map but could not see it there.. and id like to go to the (spoiler) Light armor master trainer

Go to Ald-Rhun, then take a Silt Strider to Maar Gan (I think you can also get there from Gnisis and Khuul if I remember right) and you'll .... It's a small place.

And it's always worth to talk with local scouts. I'm almost sure that, if you talked with one or two in Ald'Ruhn, Maar Gan would be on your map. Just ask about their trade and then cover all options. Most useful feature in new regions, esp. at the begining.
