Question about patch order from a newbie

Hi,

I just bot the PC game on eBay and was wondering about the patch order, if any, that I need to be aware of. I hear that the latest patch is 1.0.3. Does this patch include all of the prior patches or do I have to install each patch version in sequence to fix the bugs?

Thank you for any advice proffered.

Thank you for the quick reply. Do I need to install the patch in a particular folder of the game? I just clicked on the install button and left it at that.

If it asks where to install, point it at the game's root directory.
