question about tactics

i was looking through fable's thread about starting a new game and when people were listing there install order i didnt seem to notice where tactics fit into all of it, basically i am asking when should i install tactics if i am going to use the other well known mods like ascension, ease of use, unfinished business kelsey, yasareana, quest pack,

also i was wondering where i could find g3 mod, planar sphere mod
