The Harbinger (how do I get it?)

Does anybody know how much stats u need health, physique, toughness to get the magic sword "The Harbinger" out form the stone???

you need level 7 phsique to pull the sword out of the stone

No, you need to boost Physique, Health, and Toughness by 5 from the first time you try to pull it out.
