Oh yeah, I'm a leg-bouncer too. After a couple of seconds it gets to the point where I'm not even actively doing it. It's more like a twitch or a spasm.

I occasionally leg bounce :p I find I need to be fiddling with something all the time in general, either picking/biting nails (awful habit :o ), fiddling with a pen etc. Although generally I think these things are stress related.

I too seem to have a jaw clenching issue. Currently got a nasty click at the side of skull when I clench my jaw fully.

Oo, and I also have a horrible habit of clicking my joints - neck, fingers etc. True Agent Smith stylee :D

I don't bounce my leg, but I do tap my foot constantly. Whether I have a song stuck in my head or not. :o

I also don't really chew when I'm supposed too. I don't think I chew pasta. :o

I also tap quite often, mostly tables and such though, but if nothing else then my legs :o :p
And I have also quite bad habbit to bounce my legs too, even when I don't even think of it. Quite often I realize that I'm doing it when someone asks if I'm nervous or something.

I also used to bite my fingernails, but luckily I have got that habbit out...

I wouldn't consider myself a nervous person, but yeah, I feel the need to chew on pen tops and even bite my lip - hard! - without realizing it. I just try to make myself conscious of what I'm doing.

Your jaw clicking may turn into TMJ if I'm not mistaken. That's painful, might want to have that checked out.

TMJ? Temporal-Mandibular Joint? That is where the sound may come from, but it is not the actual problem. Don't remember much about the TMJ and clicking through. :o

Yep yep, it's a problem when that joint starts to basically fall apart. Painful thing when it gets to be where there's no cartilidge left there...

Here is my story for the Impulsive Biter Thread.

I know a horse named 'Jerry'
we also call him 'Jerry Berry'
He's huge and hairy
and when you go to catch him in his house he is very scary.

This is the story of 'Jerry'
The impulsive biter that would eat a person whole like it's the size of a Canary
this horsey is anything but merry.

mean Mexicans once hogtied him and treated him unfairly
his nickname might be 'Jer Berr', au contrar',
he is not warm and fuzzy like Teddy,
not nice like Yogi
more like the Bear they call 'Boo Boo'
I call him 'Grizzly' because when he comes at you
he'll for sure try to eat you too!

[streaming Hillweb=]I'm another of those who begin bouncing his leg up and down... which leads to problems at work, where precision is a must and your nailing the Hood from underneath.

Otherwise, I will fiddle a lot with anything around me. Pen, pencil, eraser... I pet cats so much when they leap into my lap I think I annoy them.[/Hill]

I have to simply
Slade I think those are Dr. Lovejoy, The Kinky Science Guy's intentions. I wouldn't have nicknamed him that for nothing. It's a big title for a big head. :d Hill
