dragons in morrowind

has anyone in there life time seen a dragon in morrwind? i talked to a a random person in the game about dragons says they can only be seen in the sky. has anyone seen the dragons?

Some things are truth and some things are lies - it's why his name is Liar. (And few things could be lies for plain Morrowins to become true in expansions).
