Here's something I saw at the DC/DL forum;
I have found a way to play full screen with mouse look working and be able to alt+tab out with out Dungeon Lords crashing. It is pretty simple:
1. Go to http://www.tommti-systems.de/go.htm...eien/files.html and click on the big picture there to download 3danalyzer. You may have to wait a little bit to allow the page to load, as the link provided jumps then to the page with the download.
2. Execute it and have it place the files where ever you like. Then run 3DAnalyze.exe, click the select box on the left and find the dlords.exe.
3. Then under the performance area choose "force windowed mode" and then run the game.
Could this be the Alt-Tab solution?

Seems as if the above link isn't right. Try this one;
