Games freezes on levelling up!

Hi all,

I have a big problem with Fable upon trying to level up my hero. Whenever it comes to playing the videos that come with every skill (which appear in the top right corner circle) the game freezes nearly every time, and it gets rather annoying! I haven´t got the faintest idea why this is happening but it is frustrating.

My PC specs are:
Motherboard: Asrock Dual775 880Pro
CPU: P4 3.1 GHz
1 Gb RAM DDR2
Video card: GForce FX5600 256MB
OS Windows XP SP1

If anybody could shed some light on that it would be MOST appreciated.

I know on mine the graphics card isn't that good and the game seems to freeze for 1-5 seconds each time. It could also be somthing to do with the actual video files or text files. So what i would do is to go in to the fable folder in microsoft games and to see if the videos are working normally on your pc from there, and in the text documents, see if videos are enabled. It's just a hunch but it may work....

I hadn´t thought of that (I was thinking on lowering the dateil levels), but it´s well worth giving it a try. Thanks a lot mate!
