How can I gain experence in Destruction magic (spoiler)

Post by Angelis »

I didnt choose destruction magic as one of my major skills but I would like to increase my level (only at 15 level) in it, want it to be 75. I already done training and I tried practicing and it just doesnt seem to level up at any rate. Just want to ask, if it only increasing your level though actually attacking an enemy not by practice or is it question of it being very hard to gain levels in this field of magic? Any hints or tips would be handy?

Get one of those fire ball spells (has a different name in the game) and then use it on the wild - life. It'll go up quickly. Make usre though that your INT goes up as well, that'll raise your Magicka, because only that way can you start using the more destructive spells.
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.

I agree that using a fireball spell in the wild will help you go up pretty fast. I have my Destruction up to about 70 now, and I use a sword for most of my fighting. Whenever I can see a foe in the distance I will hit them with several fireballs as they close the distance to me - works pretty well.

I believe that you can get a free firebell spell when doing the mages guild quest in Skingrad.

You can also construct spells of the destruction school using yourself as the focal point. These are just as acceptable as spells directed at others, when it comes to gaining experience.

Yeah, at level 15 destruction, 4 or 5 attacks on a goblin with that basic flare spell that you should get at the beginning of the game should level it up to twenty, 4 to 5 each level up, so about 20 times and you get it to about Level 20.

I'd go to the arena and participate. If your at least level 2 or 3, you can win most of the arena just by a single dagger and mostly using that flare spell. That's on average difficulty mind you.

but yeah, get a lot of magicka restoring potions (AKA, Potions of Sorcery), and then go to the arena, and practice destruction for like 12 fights. That will seriously level your destruction up to a nice amount.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.
