Shouldn't there be other adnd worlds for games? Forgotten Realms is fine except that we've got a couple of games in that world already.
Maybe they should have a Darksun game or maybe a Dragonlance game.Kenders would surely make excellent thieves.
HM ....WELL...WHATEVER
Other ADND worlds?
There is a game called Planescape: Torment
I'm not very familiar with D&D worlds though, so I couldn't tell you for sure which world it is in.

The game Planescape Torment is for the Planescape world.
I personally loved the Darksun world and I also like the original Ravenloft game. I however doubt that we will ever see any of these featured in computer game again.

Never say never. It all depends on whether a developer, financed by a publisher, sees it as a money-making proposition. -I hate to put it that way, but that commercial part of matters is an important part.
I've been routing for a remake of Darklands for a decade, now. That was a sensational game for its time, very forward-looking, and some elements of it (like the creative integration of mage and priest classes as medieval alchemists and pious types who pray to saints) still haven't been equaled. But so far...

I am with you on a remake of the Darklands game. I would love to see such a game situated in one of the D&D worlds. That would totally rock.

It's a shame Microprose has pretty much gone under, for all intents and purposes. It would have been the perfect company to make such a modern CRPG, too. Can you just imagine a Bioware-style engine behind Darklands, with enemies using Sid Meier's AI?
