so i got the fingers of the moutain spell and it cost about 1200 mgicka, my nord is a level 27 right now and has only 200 magicka, is there any possible way to get it up, my helment and boots are enchanted to fortify it by 20 each
and 4 of my major skills have capped my marksman is at 40 security 81(i have the nocturnal pick) and my speechcraft is 38 any help would be great

Yo! If you are planning to be a MAGICIAN in this game, you better make a char for that purpose. Mine is High Elf, birthsign mage, Int 100, Willpower 100, have full Class gear all enchanted with Tanscendent sigil stones (Fortify Magicka 50 pts), AND ofcoz destruction skill 100. NOW thats how be a M A G E ! ... Ohh, and mine babe is only level 47.

The amount of Magica a spell needs depends very much on your skill level in that school. So, if your Destruction skill is Novice level, it not only costs a lot more magica, but you won't be able to use it at that level anyway, even if you had enough Magica.
But, if you are an Expert or Master of Destruction it will cost far less Magica.
However, as has already been mentioned, there is a spell you will be given as you go through the later Mage Guild Quests (given by the Arcane University), that casts 3 destructive elemental magics at once, is MUCH, MUCH cheaper in Magica cost, and is effective against most (if not all) things.
