where can i download the construction set

Umm, it should have come with the game man. It comes with the Elder Scrols 3 I'm pretty sure.

what i meant to say was i thought i ccould download the construction set and make mods for pc and when ever i get the pc game for morrowind and install it or is it impossible to download the construction set

I'm hardly an expert on the CS, but I'm fairly certain that you need to have the game actually installed on your PC in order to make mods.

Somebody please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Once you get the PC game, when you buy it, it will come with the construction set.

@ Dragon Wench - I think you are right with that one as you need to load at least the Morrowind.esm file in order to have anything to use to create the mod in the first place.
