I just got one back I didn't dismiss, so I don't think dismissing or not has anything to do with it. I'd guess there's only a limited number of issues and they will come back with some regularity.

@ Sytze: there is no GB region. But since I have most Bansheeite nations in my dossier, I could view my ranking in my region as well as compare with other Bansheeites, but there is no link between the two.

@ Juni: so what's your nation called?
