I got the Master Thrower quest, but I don't know how to get to K'NA THA. Is there a passage through the mountains or what?

Getting over the mountain

You can convince an elf in Stillwater to tell you where it is or fight him and take the amulet to Stonebridge, herbalist.

IIRC, Clarissa Shalmo is supposed to mark the location on your map when you get the quest from her to retrieve the Azram Star. Otherwise I don't think you can force the location just by going there. It is somewhere in the Glimmering Forest before you get to Quintarra.
