Hah, I keep beeing either at the very bottom or very top in every ranking.

So far, I've the most corrupt government, least political freedom, least prisons, and dumbest citizens :D

I'm proud to be Freeland's corrupt yet benevolentish dictator

Woo hoo, no cell phones for kids!!!! I ROCK!!!!

And even though I've made two immigrant allowances in the last 2 days (allowing refugees from neighboring wars and opening my borders) my population went up the same as Juni's. :(

BTW, no more Jew jokes in Juni's place or they'll throw you in jail... no wonder she's so high on the corrupt government list. :p

Not like that goodie-two-shoes Lestat.

I've somehow managed to rebuild some of my economy! :speech:

Now it's "fragile" instead of "imploded"! :speech:

It must be a conspiracy.

Wow. See? My fascist ways kept my government from being corrupt. Lestat and I are very disappointed in y'all. Be right back; I've just authorized tax-funded concentration camps for the VODAIS+ people. :D

my state :D 4,717th in the world for Most Corrupt Governments :)

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce.

I am very pleased, and proud, to announce that The Grand Duchy of Scardale has officially made the move to the SYM region and is ranked #4 for "most corrupt government". :D

It's only good work if you buy enough votes for people to call it good work.

Hm. Government-sanctioned BDSM. "Won't somebody please think of the children?!" shouts displeased housewfie and gossip queen, Helen Lovejoy.

You'll excuse me if I don't have such wide civil liberties going as letting people walk their sex slaves through the parks. But a few shops here and there wouldn't hurt. Make it easier for me to get my own toys.

My country progress:

The Dominion of Yola Cocaine is a very large, socially progressive nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 99 million are either ruled by a small, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Defence, and Social Equality. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 61%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Gambling.

The nation has opened its arms to an influx of refugees, 'The Anti-Government Hour' is a popular programme on many of Yola Cocaine's radio stations, councils up and down the country wrangle over legal matters, and scientists recently cloned the long-extinct feather-bellied Raptor. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is a major problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Yola Cocaine's national animal is the Raptor and its currency is the Cheeze.

Out of interest, how will UN members be voting on the latest proposal? Anonymity is not respected.
