I am a level 15 and I still don't know what a Slit Strider is, where it is, and what it does. Can anyone help me on those questions?

It was a travel system in Morrowind, but its not in Oblivion. :)

If you are playing Morrowind, you will find one in the first town - Seyda Neen. Ask your question in the Elder Scrolls:Morrowind forum. :)
