Question doesn't make sense. You get to the elven lands from Fargrove. Is this a quest you are doing for one of the guilds? Need more info to answer question.

To get into the elven lands you need to get past the gate, you can only get past if you are marked by an elven spirit... You have to go to the top of the tower in the lake lohr to get the mark from some elven guide... but i cant get through the opening in the top of the tower.

Maybe

I just read the walkthrough and maybe this is your problem. It says that if you click on the ladder and nothing happens you are on the wrong side of the ladder. Hope this might help you.

It sounds like you're playing an urgoth character. Urgoths are too big to fit through the opening the ladder goes through. Search the forum for "urgoth" to find ways around the problem.

SWC
Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

swcarter is smart. :o

He knew i was an urgoth. :O

But how can i get around that... shouldn't the guy who made the game make sure every race could fit thru each opening? :\

The answers are that "you can't" and "yes". And it should be "guys", or maybe "persons", since more than one developer was responsible for this problem.

Honestly though, this is a very minor bug in terms of overall gameplay and final outcome. Forget this quest and move on. Moongates and the alternative northern route to Fargrove and vicinity will do well for you.
