Since this is a spoiler thread, I am concealing my answer. Highlight below to read.

Bring up your map, once you are in the right area, the door you need will be noted.
Now, do you remember that Dwarven crank you had to use on your very first Blades mission? Look around for one similar to it. Activate it and make a dash for the door. I usually cast Mark at the door to make things easier.

That is how it's done, though mark is a bit far, I think.
