No, i have no wish to cheat myself through the game but i am quite tired of having my ass kicked constantly only to be barely saved by the dwarf. And to finally solve this problem (which was due to poor choice of class and race balance) i have decided to make something that will balance this problem out.
Unfortunaetly, when i create the item and put it either in a new container or one that already exists in the campaign-modules and save the game doesnt seem to show any item anywhere. So i beg of you, can anyone explain this?
The toolset. Placing items.

Player: "Elves have strange powers."
Sten: "Being easily conquered does not constitute a 'power'."

And when was this new module released? I preordered the european version of the game and received it aproximatly three days ago. I installed the game and downloadedd the patch. What more was there to do?
And by not installing this new module of yours will i meet bugs or other things that may halt my game?

No no no. If I understood you correctly, you went in and edited the game module with the toolset, right? Did you save it under a different name, or did you edit the base game module?
If you created a new, different module with the new effects, your current game saves will be using the original one. Hence, you will need to start a new game, and use the "New Module" function rather than "New Game"...I believe. I honestly haven't toyed with the toolset or module functions yet.
As for if you edited the original model and saved the changes, you still may need to restart the game before the changes take place. I am not sure about that. I recall having problems of the sort when using the toolset for such things in NWN.

"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"
