i just compleated this quest and now i cant fast travel! :S its says: u cant travel when guards are pursuing u or something, is it supse to be like this? then i dont wanna be the guildmaster

,, lucky i have a normal save.

You have nothing to fear as there are also two ways to handle the situation. First one is to run far enough so that the guards will stop pursuing you. Second is to talk with a guard, preferably without having a bounty on you. And voila, you should be able to fast travel once again.

be not so sure

,, i ran all the way from anvil to the waterfront, still dosent work and the guard thing dont work iether. but i wanna be a guildmaster

Then you could try stealing or attacking someone and then paying the fine. Five or 40 gold coins isn't much.
