Very simple I am sure, but, my toolset has simply never completed opening. I click on "Toolset" the black window box closes, it attempts to run, then I get a message saying the program will not respond and asks if I want to report it to microsoft.
I am curious to see if anyone else has run into this problem. It has been a constant thing as I have been patching the game, and it has the latest patch if anyone is wondering. I haven't been too concerned about it as I haven't finished the game yet and was only planning to use it after completion. However, I wanted to just look at the changes in the toolset, and it never opens. I am assuming it may be fixed by reinstalling, but didn't want to deal with that until after I have finished going through fully once, so I am now curious. Has anyone else dealt with this and have a solution beyond trying to uninstall/reinstall?

I thought that was obvious with the comment about having the latest patch, but it is version 1.03.840 English.

There is a hotfix for this specificly though I don't know the actual number so 1.03.840 English could be it.
I can say the Toolset Hotfix came out after the official 1.03 patch.

Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language...they're not even real words as much as a succession of violent images.
