stop all the dreamers...

every time I go to Khuul, there is this dreamer by the egg mine... (I have to kill him... just have to) and I read somewhere that if you 'shut down' the local sixth-house base these dreamers stop... well I have exterminated everything in every 6th house base I can find and still they are everywhere... any suggestions?

Simply finish the main quest and the dreamers will go back to their cages and peeps

well, I have finished the main game... finished Tribunal AND Bloodmoon... still with the dreamers... I have every last Dagoth in a Grand Soulgem and have killed everything in every 6th house base... still with the dreamers...

I guess it is on to Oblivion...

The dreamers don't go. I see nothing wrong with them though.

Well, if you complete the mainquest the dreamers will still show up, but they will be all sad and apatic, not moving a finger to hurt you.
