I keep getting the message:

Kellen is unconsious

But who is that and where do I find him/her???

He is one the new NPCs added in the offcial Knights of the Nine Plugin. He can be found at the Chapel of Stendar in Chorrol. He is part of "the Path of the Righteous" quest.

There are problems with the engine that were never resolved. When an important NPC that can affect the main plot falls unconscious of dies, you're messaged about it. That's fine if you're already know them, but this messaging can happen without having done so. I've found ths problem with another NPC, too. Just ignore it.
