The location of the Collector (SPOILER)

Hrrm..

"Note: You won’t be able to kill the Collector after entering the vault, so if you want to kill him for his equipment, you’ll need to do that first."

Will someone please tell me where I may find him before entering the Vault?

The Collector is shown on the map on the page you linked.

The vault is the room past #7, not the entire house, if that wasn't clear.

Specifically, the Collector is at #4 on that map.
