Anyone else found it? It's on a small island east of Bal Fell. Should be the only creature on the island, next to a big rock. You have to walk up to him and click/press A button, and if it's the talking mudcrab, it'll say that it's dry, and ask if you wanna buy something. All it's got for sale are some of the local alcoholic beverages, nothing special, but what it DOES have, is 10k gold, and it buys weapons and armor. So, for all those Daedric, Orcish, and Glass weapons and armor you've collected, but nobody had the money to buy em, now someone does.
And yes, I did a search for it, but did not find any threads about this.
