:::Maybe I should have looked a little harder for this thread...but here goes:::
I was just wondering if there was a way to put multiple enchantments on armour akin to the way you can do it with weapons? Or are the constant effects the reason why you can only have O N E effect per article of clothing/armour???? alrighty, peace out.

Umm...no, you should be able to put multiple enchantments. If you're using a petty soul gems, it's probably not working because it's too small, but a normal level soul gem should be easy to implement more than one ability.
Though, I could be wrong, I've never enchanted armor in oblivion. I would expect it to be like armor and every item in morrowind.

It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Oioioi...
:::I see...however....::: I'm using grand sould gem (greater souls inside), and when I enchant my armour, it only allows for ONE enchantment (i.e. chameleon-constant at 20%, or shield-constant at 10% etc, but only one at a time). I dunno, seems like you can only have one enchantment to me, maybe I need something better than grand soul gem?

:::well, I guess I shouldn't be too upset::: when I think about it, having the ability to multi enchant armour would be almost as cheap as using the console codes I ALWAYS do ! but seriously, yeah, I have a suit I keep with me all the time that ensures I'm at a 100% for my chameleon I figured I could do that early on but it really ruins the game "Oh, an arrow shot me for X6 damage....must have been something " *invisible dude fires another arrow point blank* "HEY WHO'S THERE?....hmmm have an arrow sticking out of my chest....must have been the wind". Well thanks everyone for the info
