NWN: Internet mess up! [CH1:spoiler?]

Something Reeaaallllyy messed up our game today, [Oh, and hey =D]
in the first chapter.
We had collected all the reagents for the cure, over two sessions.
When we gave the last of the cure reagents to Aribeth, she said that we had one more to get, and when we asked where, it was the cocatrice, the one we had given to her mins before. We checked all the last bosses places and did some extra side quests, looking all over to see if we had missed something, even though i remeber giving her all the reagents. nothing will work! i've got all the patches etc.
