Compass - Still a problem?

Post by lifeishell91 »

Is the compass at the bottom of the screen still a big problem for people, or has it grown on you?

Myself, I find that I actually like it. I love to go Dungeon Hunting, and the compass helps me find one easily when I'm running in the wild.

I put i dont car but I would put I kinda dislike it. This is because It basically ruines searching. Like the quest with the grey prince It was soo easy I just had to kill wolves :( But then I had to take a left If I didn't have it I would search like everywhere. So it is good for like caverns but not really for the wilderness. I'd rather just like the map on the screen which you press b (on the xbox 360 ver) and on that map I would prefur. But It ruines the searching and like the fable creater stated you could do the whole game on the minimap without looking at all of the beautifully designed forests and dungeons. Though I did pick Idc
games are fun and all but I was wondering when do you get a life?

Laziness ruins a good game

I'm already wasting my time playing the game in the first place. My muscles atrophy from lack of exercise. Now my brain does the same. The compass makes the game TOO easy. The compass is for kids who don't want to be bothered with exploring. They should've made the compass or the markers on the compass toggle-able for those who prefer to search.

In some ways it spoon feeds you - telling you exactly where to go gets a bit tiresome. However, I find the marker that you set yourself really useful...
