Can i talk to Dustil after i completed all the quests on Korriban?

Can i talk to Dustil after i completed all the quests on Korriban?

I did not placed Carth in my party since Taris(obviosly because he is useless),and i am now getting ready to go to the unknowned world,but i did not complete the dustil quest,is there any way i can complete it now?

When i try to enter the academy it says it's sealed(i have killed the master,and apprentice).Thanks in advance,i am waiting for this answer,so that i may continue my game.

Since you killed both Master Uthar and Yuthara, you can't go back in there so the answer for your case is no.
