2.how can i start the 2nd.quest from my henchmen? (i didnt do 1st quest ) already collected all item but cant give to my henchmen (have star of calimshan,daelan's axe,etc)

I;ve been having trouble with doing and completing Henchmen quests. I have no idea y, but for some reason I can't even do any of the Henchmen's 1st quests anyway. I tried talking to them, before AND after they joined, getting their quest item doesn;t do anything either (I figured cuz don't have their quest anyway), directly giving the item to them doesn't help either... I just don't know any way of getting them to say what you have to do what even resembles their quests... How and when triggers Henchmen to tell you their quest? Need to level up to a certain level or sumthing?
