Using Holy Avenger

I am working on a build right now, and was wondering if it is possible to get Use Magic Item high enough to use a Holy Avenger if you are not a Paladin? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Using The Avenger

It is impossible to use the Holy Avenger if you're not a Paladin or are not using cheats. If you wanna cheat then you will need a 45 use magical item score which is insanely hard to achieve.

Probably the best way would be to set your charisma to the max and give all use magical items focus feats i.e, decieve item, focus on use magical items and others.

I don't think that you can get the Holy Avenger (without cheating or mods) in-game without being a paladin/cleric...

How do you know it needs 45 skill points in device use ?
It is impossible to reach .(except using cheat mode)

Yeah, I was also curious with how many skill points I needed to use the Holy Avenger. I created a test character and used the cheat irolltwenties plus altering my charisma level till I reached the requisite score. Thats how I know you need a 45 score...
