Well I have a big problem! I have grobnar with all the feats necessary to craf and I try to put a cold iron longsword with a +5enchantment. I put on the magician bench all the necessary ingredients and cast the spell light and nothing happens! he is level 16! as 14 skill on weapon crafts and 25 on the other craft skills! I already cheat and put him in level 20 to see if i could make the sword but still nothing happens! What I'm I doing wrong?

Well, there are a number of possibilities.
Either you are trying to craft with a character who doesn't have the Craft Magic Arms and Armor feat
Otherwise, you aren't using the right ingredients.
Are you using the right bench for enchanting?
Lastly - your game is bugged.
Double check the recipe and the ingredient you use. Large, small essences etc.
Double check your spell casting character has the feat.
Check what response you get in the chat box when you try to craft/enchant - it usually tells a reason IIRC.
Otherwise, type here which ingredients you use and what you try to enchant into.
It could be your game is bugged, of course, and for that I have no real work around, except use the toolset to "cheat" the item into the game.

You are using the Light spell right? Not the Aasimar ability?Nathanyel wrote:well I use a glowing power essence+glowing air essence+blue diamond and then i click on th light spell and use it on the magician bentch! but it doesn't say a thing! and I have the necessary feat!
Sage plays a paladin,
because other classes would be frowned upon for laying their hands on a wounded companion

Hmm - then I don't know.Nathanyel wrote:well I use a glowing power essence+glowing air essence+blue diamond and then i click on th light spell and use it on the magician bentch! but it doesn't say a thing! and I have the necessary feat!
Try using some other ingredients and seeing if you can do another enchant (be sure to save first of course), to check if it is all enchants you can't do, or just this specific one.

There are no molds for cloaks. They're simply created by supplying the necessary amount of leather as required in the recipe. Basically, only armor and weapons requires the item itself as a target.. the other wearables only need the raw material...
Remember, cloaks are not armor. Otherwise, classes like the Monk, Wizard, Sorcerers and Duelist would not be able to wear them and use their abilities properly!

Yes. Leather and the ingredients make the mentioned cloak.Nathanyel wrote:but how the hell do i do them? i think the cloaks are just 2leather ingredients! but I can make them:S
Do I need to put the 2 leathers with the other ingredients?
You do not make a cloak, and then enchant it.
I would also think you need the Craft Wondrous Item feat (or something along that line), but I'm not 100% sure anymore ....been a long time since I've played.
