God Of Time

Post by Thunderstone »

I've heard that there is a quest smth like "god of time" and u get it somewhere where u can become a dragon. The quest proceeds to the only island that there is mo marks in walktrough. Cattan island. There u meet the old time of god "cronus" or "cronos". It's one of the MANY quest that u cannot find on the internet but only by exploring yourself. If I'll get any news about this quest I'll write here or directly to gamebanshee administration. But maybe anyone already knows smth about it.

If that was possible in the game, don't you think someone would already mention it in one of the numerous walkthroughs? I think someone who told you that has mixed up several quests, most probably the pagan gods quest, half-ogre quest and the dragon blood quest.
What do you want?
- A donut.

The walkthrough are for the main quest ( and SOME optionals) there's a lot of differend quest with different chars. And there's a continue of the quest "iron clan" it not end in the cave of iron clan... if you want trully descover world of arcanum, you should walk everything by your self (no fast traveling of teleport) I know it would take a months to do that but you'll find 2/3 of places in the map (here map shows about 1/3 off all places) So GL!

Not that I've ever heard of or encountered, no. Remember, a lot of these rumors get started by people who just enjoy making up nonsense and spreading it around.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Bring the Durin Stone back and if Magnus is your follower he will be surprised because the Iron Clan is the clan he tells you about.
And most Quests can be done with every char if you know how.

This is kind of interesting. It is obvious that there is no God of Time quest in the game. Cronus is not a diety in the world of arcanum and the idea that the character could become a dragon is ludicrus, i mean look at the remains of Bellerogrim. It would make the game impossible to play since you would take up more than the whole screen.

BUT...

Here comes the interesting part: The process of how to become a half-dragon is already described in the game, by Kraka-tur and his journal. It requires some kind of ancient magical scroll and dragonblood. The second ingredient is actually in the game (the vial of dragonblood that you use to re-flesh Torian Kel). If one could only find that scroll Kraka-Tur used ;) ...
