I'm doing fine today. When I ran my five mile this morning the air was hot and extremely humid, which made me loose my breath quickly but actually felt quite nice for some reason. Yesterday it got to 30 degrees Celcius and by the late afternoon it started just pouring for hours. The streets were steaming, I'm not even kidding. I can't remember having seen anything like it in recent years.
Anyway, there's uncomfortable humidity and pleasant humidity. Since my five mile I've been feeling very pleasant and relaxed.
