Newport News is very nice, I have actually been there.

A Geordie is someone from Newcastle (upon Tyne) in the North East of England.

We're worse than the Croatians (no offence meant my Croat friend).

Nice. I live in London so have lots of mates who are Arsenal fans. To my shame, I have even seen them play a few times (free tickets y'know). I also own a shirt so as not to get the crap kicked out of me. And we'll not have any mention of recent drubbings thank you very much! I am well aware of the fact that, currently, we both suck AND blow.

I can say I've been to the U.K., but I'm afraid I don't remember much....I was 5 years old at the time....we went to lots of continental Europe, as well....my wife grew up in Germany (she was a dependant), loved it and wants us to move there someday. Maybe....

Newport News? - started going to your jolly nice country about 10 years ago (friend of the family lives there). Kept going back for the pancakes

. Been all over now - LA, Vegas, Pheonix, New Orleans, Florida (ugh!

), Virginia (smashing Naval base there), DC, Philadelphia.

My brother moved to NY 4 months ago and my girlfriend is from Montreal so that kind of works out (been 2 times in the past 6 months and will go again in March).

Not too hot on Europe though (pure ignorance

). Like the Netherlands (been all over). Went to Brussels once.
